Laurel Oak Bloodstock is a Bloodstock Agent sourcing horses for a private client base.

With an annual intake averaging ten to twelve carefully-selected yearlings we can provide you with the opportunity to own horses in varying price ranges, with flexible shareholding options. We have horses based with a variety of trainers, principally in New South Wales and Victoria.

As well, we can give you the opportunity to participate in breeding partnerships primarily to sell yearlings at commercial yearling sales, all supported by a calendar of social functions designed to help you enjoy your racing.

Our meticulous selection policy involves physical inspection to find an athlete, veterinary inspection to acquire low-risk acquisitions, and pedigree analysis to assess the compatibility of each mating. We have maintained an outstanding strike rate of over 95% of horses acquired making it to the races, and over 75% winners to runners that has included many Group, Listed and city winners.

On 19th March 2022 we had the biggest highlight of all with Fireburn’s sensational win in the 2022 Golden Slipper.
